How much does a yacht charter in Ibiza cost?
A private yacht charter in Ibiza costs from 1,190 EUR a day (8 hours) in spring and autumn, and from 1,790 EUR in July and August, based on published rates. All include VAT and skipper; fuel is paid separately depending on the route.
- Fuel is extra: for a typical Formentera route operators estimate 250 to 525 litres depending on the yacht, at the day’s price.

Boat charter to Formentera
Formentera is the signature route: two of the three most requested itineraries stop at Ses Illetes. From Marina Ibiza, Marina Botafoch or Santa Eulalia you cross over and are back in port before sunset.
Booking, payment and cancellation
In Ibiza the date is confirmed with 50% of the charter fee; the balance and fuel are paid before departure.
Example policy, from the Sunseeker Predator 62 ft “Shadow”: more than 15 days ahead, the deposit is refunded minus service fees; within 15 days it is non-refundable. If the weather makes sailing unsafe, the date is moved subject to availability or fully refunded.
Staying on board
Some yachts can be booked overnight: 120 to 500 EUR per night in the home port and 240 to 600 EUR at anchor. On the Sunseeker Predator 62 ft “Shadow” an overnight stay includes breakfast, bed linen and final cleaning, with an additional 30% APA.
Make the day your own
On request: premium drinks and bottles, catering, paella on board, cakes and celebration touches, jet ski, Seabob, e-foil, flyboard, extra paddleboards, a DJ or live musicians and a photographer. And ashore, villas, beach clubs and VIP tables with the same team.

What happens if the weather is bad?
Departure depends on the port authority allowing navigation and on the captain confirming safe conditions. Rain or clouds alone do not cancel a charter. If the port closes or it is not safe to sail, we work with the operator on alternatives such as a new time, a new date or another solution according to your booking policy.
